About Us
History
Laura received her Master of Interior Architecture Degree from the FIDER approved four-year program at UCLA. After graduation, she launched her own company, Design by Laura Lemle. She is an Allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers. Laura is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in NYC and has studied Film, Theatre and Art History at University of Toledo and Hunter College. A former actor, she also has experience as a TV host. Her unique ability to help clients realize their own style, reflects in their home and workplace. Born in Toledo, Ohio, she has lived in New York, London, and currently resides in Los Angeles.
How We Work
At Design by Laura Lemle, we are passionate about design, architecture and art history. While adept at many styles, we specialize in contemporary and modern residential and commercial interiors. "My designs are inspired by the art and architecture that I’ve experienced in my travels to Europe and Asia. I am also greatly influenced by the modernist movement and love contemporary architecture and furnishings. I enjoy mixing styles and periods in a fresh, inventive way."
Laura is honored to have worked alongside the prestigious Griffen/Enright Architects on her latest project, a contemporary masterpiece in the design district of Los Angeles.
